Some of Raglan's Treasures
"Canadian Kennel Club" Centennial (1888-1988)
One of our puppies on the cover of Dogs in Canada celebrating the
"Canadian Kennel Club" Centennial (1888-1988
Description of cover
To symbolize "The Canadian Kennel Club's" primary function,
the protection and promotion of purebred dogs,
we chose a three week-old West Highland White Terrier,
bred by Penny-Belle Scorer, Raglan Reg., and placed her in safe hands,
with the CKC crest representing the Club's strong and sure presence.
The Crest, specially commissioned by Dogs in Canada,
is being presented to the CKC for it's archives in honor of the Centennial.
